When does Landmark open?
Landmark Tax Solutions is scheduled to open in September 2026. Our permanent Natchitoches office location will be announced once commercial space is finalized.
Can I schedule an appointment now?
Not yet. For now, you may email general or bookkeeping questions to Leah and tax-related questions to Deloris. Online scheduling will be added closer to opening.
What should I email?
General questions only. Never email Social Security numbers, tax documents, banking information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes. Landmark plans to provide business tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping, payroll support, and specialty filing services.
Who qualifies for community pricing?
Qualifying seniors, veterans, current NSU students, and individuals receiving disability benefits may qualify when their returns meet the simple-return requirements.
Will you offer virtual services?
Landmark’s initial focus is Natchitoches Parish and nearby communities, with a long-term goal of serving Louisiana clients through secure virtual services.
